SetHostAudioIpAddress(string)

Sets Decoder to play audio stream from an Encoder different from another Encoder sending video. Used for Independent Routing (Breakaway Audio)

public Task<bool> SetHostAudioIpAddress(string ipAddress)

Parameters

ipAddress string: Encoder IP Address. Use an empty string to mute the audio.

Returns

Task<bool>: True if command was accepted. False if it wasn't

Examples

To listen to feed encoded by an encoder at address "192.168.0.147". Note that hostnames are not supported

var result = await vsDecoderDriver.SetHostAudioIpAddress("192.168.0.147")

To mute the audio set the stream to an empty string.

var result = await vsDecoderDriver.SetHostAudioIpAddress("")
