Getting Started

Drag the Visionary Solutions Decoder Driver SIMPL Module (not the underlying SIMPL+ module) to your project. Add a UDP/IP Communications module.

  • Connect the enable input of the UDP/IP Communications module to the ExternalConnect output.
  • Connect the Tx$ input of the UDP/IP Communications module to the ExternalTx$ input.
  • Connect the Rx$ output of the UDP/IP Communications to the ExternalRx$ output.
  • Start UDP listening and polling by driving the Register input high. Best practice is to delay the Register input for a second before the program starts.
