Crestron Comport for DGI AV Framework

A wrapper around Crestron Comport that implements DGI AV Framework IDgiCommunication interface.

By implementing IDgiCommunication, devices drivers that can receive IDgiCommunication as an injected dependency can switch easily between Serial Ports, UDP Clients, TCP Clients, etc.

It supports Serilog for Internal Logging. Log Levels supported are Verbose and Debug and Error.

Notes

A sample program that runs on a Crestron Appliance is included to test integration. This library can be used stand alone, but it normally is part of the bigger DGI Architecture
